How Do I?

Step 1: Click on the ‘Grievance Redressal’ tab available on the home page.
Step 2: Select ‘Complaint Status’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the complaint number that you received during registration and click ‘Submit’ to view the current status of your complaint.
